Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive senior cleanroom technician to join our dynamic Faculty Technical Operations team, which strives to provide a sector leading technical support for our students and staff. The purpose of this role is:
- Working alongside your team members to ensure that cleanroom operations are compliant and operate smoothly on a day to day basis.
- Ensure that laboratories operate to an excellent standard of housekeeping, organisation and safety.
- In close collaboration with Faculty Estates, Infrastructure & Facilities, Operations and H&S teams, ensure problems are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Provide high level technical support to cleanroom to cleanroom users with micro / nanofabrication of structures and devices incorporating graphene and other 2D materials.
