Do you have technical services management experience, and are you seeking a new job in Lacock, Wiltshire? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a FMCG company recruit a Senior Technical Systems Manager, and the full-time technical services role comes with an attractive salary OF CIRCA \xc2\xa365000 and benefits package.

As a Senior Technical Systems Manager, you will ensure that Food Safety Quality Management Systems are implemented correctly and are continuously reviewed and improved to meet existing and emerging risks.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Technical Systems Manager role, you can expect to:

• Manage the group internal audit functions, which are to include Head Office, npd centre, Packing Centre and Agricultural divisions
• Ensure that the audit program is robust and meets business, relevant third party and customer requirements
• Coach, develop and manage the Specification and Supplier Quality Assurance Manager
• Ensure the overarching group food safety quality management systems are implemented and continuously strengthened.

To apply for this technical support manager role, you will need a minimum of 2 years technical/QA management experience and a food science/technology degree or equivalent, Food Hygiene level 4, HACCP level 4 and a recognised allergen qualification. You will also require the following:

• Technical support management experience within protein sectors, white meat, fish or eggs, and ready-to-eat foods
• Technical credibility and the ability to demonstrate this internally and with customers
• Demonstrable experience delivering technical-led projects and complex technical validations.
