We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh, and take ownership of the recruitment activity for 3 of our European locations, in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across various departments.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes Stay updated on employment laws and industry-specific recruitment trends take part in global projects and initiatives as well as delivering training to hiring teams of how to best deliver recruitment activity


Qualifications



Strong proven track record of working as a recruitment SME Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations Demonstrated success in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Experience in employer branding initiatives

It would be a real bonus if you have:

Experience of SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system Experience of acting as a recruitment business partner for a global organisation
