Job Title Senior Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced surveyor to join our team to provide professional advice to clients independently



Responsibilities:

• Undertake Lease Advisory Instructions for a range of private and corporate clients.
• Support in the implementation of the business plan through managing and developing client relationships, contributing to business development assignments, managing clients assignments, representing the office/ team in the market
• Fulfil revenue and profit targets
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, actively developing business opportunities
• Day-to-day liaison with assigned client representative(s) during the course of an instruction
• Manage or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender documents, delivering pitches/ presentations and conducting negotiations
• Ensure projects, reports, etc are delivered on time and in budget
• Proactively looks for and is able to target new business and revenue opportunities with new and existing clients
• Manage and liaise with internal teams and external consultants to provide a full service to the client

Skills required:

• MRICS qualified (or working towards)
• Experience in undertaking Landlord and Tenant instructions
• An understanding of business development and client relationship management
• S\xe2\x80\x8btrong negotiation and excellent communication skills
• Financial acumen and budget management
• High level business and report writing experience
