Key Responsibilities:

Rota Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage the rota in coordination with the Care Coordinator. Leadership & Motivation: Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivate the team, and resolve any conflicts. Patient-Centred Care: Conduct thorough assessments, create comprehensive, person-centred care plans, and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Clinical Oversight: Ensure high-quality patient care, support in complex cases, and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines. Training & Development: Mentor and guide less experienced team members to enhance their skills. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold safety protocols. Goal Setting & Innovation: Set team goals, implement innovative practices, and continuously improve patient care. Performance Management:Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.10-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
