Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, supports adults aged between 18 - 65.

The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for these positions

Salary: 30,918.16 (sleeps paid in addition at 55).

Hours: Full Time - 45 hours per week 1 sleep per week

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices. Ensuring the safety of the service users. Following care plans for each individual. Taking service users out into the community. Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips. Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements of the Senior Support Worker:

No experience is required. Must be resilient. Drivers

ESSENTIAL due to location

Candidates must be happy to do personal care. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Support Worker in a similar setting NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Adults)
