Job Description
We are looking to recruit a fulltime Senior Support Worker to assist the manager in various aspects of service delivery, client management, and team coordination, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The project will be staffed between 9.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturdays.
The Denbighshire Collaborative delivers a new, holistic, housing related support project designed to support people living in Denbighshire to sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The support provided will be flexible and person-centred, supporting people to maintain sustainable housing by addressing any mental health, substance use or any other problems they may face, helping to improve their health and well-being.
Ideally candidates will have worked in a similar role previously, hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Candidates must be able to prove their right to work in the UK and the role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for.
