Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Senior Support Worker assists with the general supervision, mentoring, coaching and assessment of the Support team to ensure that people who use our services receive a complete person-centred support service.
Acting as an excellent role model you will be proactive in ensuring that quality support is available to all individuals within the service, through the direct monitoring and influencing of staff performance.
