Senior Support Analyst- OpenLink Endur

We are searching for senior support analysts with an expertise in Openlink Endur.

It\'s an exciting opportunity to join a smaller businesses in the energy trading space that puts a lot of effort into doing genuine good.

This can be seen in their efforts to move into the renewable space and their commitment to becoming an entirely renewable business.

They have a commitment to career progression, with a more intimate environment by energy trading standards that offers ample opportunity for a talented candidate to be progressed.

This is evident in this role as you will be filling a vacancy created by a recent promotion.

The role:

• You will provide proactive support for the Openlink Endure Platform.
• You will work in a hybrid format, spending 3 days on site in London.
• All Endur support and system changes are managed in house- as a senior team member you could expect to take part in the implementation of new features alongside your support responsibilities.

What we would like to see from you.

• Extensive experience in supporting ETRM systems such as Endur.
• A knowledge of commodities (PNL, Pricing etc)
• Troubleshooting experience using C#, Python etc.

What you can expect.

• A highly completive salary, ranging up to \xc2\xa3100,000 per year depending on experience.
• An excellent bonus structure (starting from around 15% often reaching highs such as 25/30%)
