We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Stylist Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the salon and providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in various styling techniques, along with your commitment to customer service, will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities

Manage staff performance and daily operation of salon. Ensure team engagement with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Manage upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets. Maintain a clean and organised salon, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Mentor stylist and junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices in styling techniques. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.

Experience

Proven experience in colour and hairdressing is essential. Previous salon management experience is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in leading and mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
