Hours: 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: Fixed Term (22 months)Job overviewThe Senior Marketing & Recruitment Officer (Digital) will be responsible for supporting all digital marketing and recruitment activity for the Division of Education & Training - bringing their technical expertise and experience to support each stage of the applicant journey and a wide variety of digital channels and tools, in order to help maximise the recruitment potential of our wide-ranging education and training programme.To achieve this, the post-holder will take ownership of various key areas of activity - including supporting our website, creating and managing conversion-focused automation journeys, briefing and monitoring digital advertising campaigns, and taking a lead on structuring and maintaining our marketing database. Target and data focused, with a keen eye for detail, they will seek out opportunities to optimise and iterate processes across all areas of activity, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on their in-depth analysis and reporting. The postholder will also play a key role in bringing various digital projects to fruition, including the acquisition and implementation of a new CRM System - helping to establish innovative and future-facing ways of working for the wider team.Main duties of the job
