Deputise and stand in for Stores Supervisor as required
Receive, check and locate material consignments
Book in material receipts on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Pick and pack material consignments for dispatch both internally and externally
Pick and collate materials for production build to schedules from various onsite Stores/Warehouses
Collect and deliver offsite supplier/customer consignments
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable stock control and provision for production
Assist with stock takes and conduct regular cyclic stock checks
Engage in the continuous improvement activities of the Business to improve processes
Act in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC SV staff at all times
Qualifications
Basic numeracy and literacy
A fork truck (Reach & Balance) license would be advantageous, although not essential as training will be provided.
Experience
Experience of leading a team working within a busy Stores/Warehouse and production environment.
Experience within an engineering stores environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
Skills
Methodical and organised to ensure accurate system and documentation recording to ensure zero parts shortages and timely material deliveries
Computer literate and have experience of various Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
