Job Summary:
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an engineer with strong lab-based testing skills and a passion for high-speed digital and optical technologies.
As a High-Speed Validation Engineer, you'll be validating next-generation semiconductor devices that are shaping the future of global connectivity. From refining test methods to evaluating cutting-edge designs, you'll be an integral part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of performance and innovation.

Responsibilities:Participate in new product design meetings and drive test feature development as required for the successful evaluation of new products. Assist in designing the validation solution development for new products (software/hardware/documentation). Identification of bench-top test equipment for the validation of new products. Generation of test equipment automation software using Python or Labview. Collaborate with designers, product, test and applications engineers. Participate in validation review meetings. Creation of validation reports. Testing of high speed optical components, IC's or modules. Taking high speed measurements in a lab environment on products operating at data rates of 10Gbit/s and above. Utilising existing knowledge of high speed signal integrity for schematic entry / layout using Altium PCB tools.

Minimum Qualifications:BSc/MSc in EE/ECE or HNC / HND with 6 years relevant work experience. Able to work under pressure in a highly paced, dynamic R&D environment Excellent team-player who positively interacts and shares knowledge. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of self-study/training/learning. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Innovate and creative and Attention to detail
