Senior Therapist

to join our dedicated and passionate team.

We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and experienced therapist to take a leading role within our spa. The ideal candidate will bring not only treatment excellence, but also the energy and positivity to inspire and support our team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a spa environment. Ideally experienced with Elemis treatments and products. Familiarity with Premier Software is an advantage, though not essential. Strong communication and leadership skills. A genuine passion for wellness and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer care. Provide exceptional customer service, retail and aftercare advice to ensure clients have a memorable experience. Oversee daily operations of the spa, running shifts to ensure smooth running. Supervise and support a large team of Spa Therapists. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control and ordering supplies. Support with marketing initiatives, promotions, and event coordination.

Our luxurious spa facilities include 14 treatment rooms, a unique 20m hydrotherapy pool with an indoor to outdoor swim door, and a comprehensive thermal suite featuring a Herb Sauna, Kelo Sauna, Crystal Steam Room, Salt Grotto, and Foot Baths. Additionally, we offer three state-of-the-art garden pods, a gymnasium, and a Relax Room. Our boutique hotel includes 32 bedrooms and one luxury suite.
