We are currently looking for a Senior Social Worker for Bridgend Council\'s Fostering Service. The pay rate for this role is \xc2\xa342 an hour Umbrella, in line with the pledge.

You will be required to deputise for the manager in this role.

You will be fully supported in the role and undertake appropriate training. In 2020 Children\'s Social Care launched the Outcome Focussed Approach Social Work model which underpins all of our practice in Bridgend. All new staff will be provided with a suite of training that will support them to develop their practice in line with the principles of the model. You will receive a robust induction, regular reflective supervision as well as additional support and mentoring where required.

Required -

Social Work Degree (or equivalent)

Social Care Wales Registration

Enhanced DBS on Update Service (can help with this if needed)
