Senior Social Worker - Contextual Safeguarding Team Location: Barnsley Council Rate: \xc2\xa338 per hour

Your Role:
- Conduct thorough assessments of young people\'s needs, taking into account contextual risks.
- Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to design and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Provide expert advice and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Lead case conferences and work collaboratively with families, young people, and professionals to develop comprehensive plans.
- Utilize your advanced knowledge of legislation and regulations to inform your decisions and actions.
- A recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive experience in child protection and contextual safeguarding.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
