The team
At ITV we create and bring brilliant content to audiences wherever, whenever and however they choose.
Our award-winning marketing and communications bring those programmes and brands to life, deepening the relationship between ITV and consumers. The teams within Group Marketing cover the full spectrum of marketing communications. From our award winning in-house creative agency, ITV Creative, to Consumer Marketing, our dedicated Media team, right through to our Commercial Marketing team who engage advertisers and their agencies.
The role
The Social Media team is responsible for planning and publishing all organic social media content across ITV and ITVX Brand channels, coordinating with and providing best-practice guidance to production companies, and managing third-party partners and suppliers.
The Social Campaigns team is responsible for working with stakeholders across Marketing and Commercial to strategically respond to briefs for priority programme and brand campaigns.
This role will be responsible for leading on social media test-and-learn projects, supporting ongoing data and performance reviews, and contributing to platform and campaign-specific strategies and activation ideas. They will also be the main point of contact for commercial stakeholders and project-managing commercial social media activity as required.
They will love getting into the detail and thought behind opportunities, with a sharp eye for detail and a love of using data to influence decision-making.
