Kier Construction have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our Devon & Cornwall Region.

Key Responsibilities
Initially, you will be aligned with a major build project in Cornwall. As a Senior Site Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager overseeing production on a range of developments. You will need to manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site.
What we need from you:
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to \xc2\xa360m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager who can join the team and hit the ground running. You will need to hold a valid SMSTS as well as proven experience within our chosen markets (Education, Health, High-Rise Residential, Commercial).
