Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Senior Site Manager, you\'ll be working on our major repair works to residential properties & blocks across the East London area, as part of our contract with London and Quadrant housing.
Your day to day will include:
\xc2\xb7 Reporting to the Contracts Manager and linking in with the wider team of Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors
\xc2\xb7 Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated
\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
\xc2\xb7 You have experience in a site management role within the housing maintenance sector, residential mechanical & electrical refurbishment works
\xc2\xb7 You are qualified / certified in SMSTS, CSCS Black card, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness
\xc2\xb7 You have experience in software such as Fieldview, Snagmaster and Microsoft Project, although training will be provided
As a bonus, you may have Temporary Works Co-ordinator training, Basic Scaffold Awareness, and Fire Manager training. Kier have a robust training plan in place for staff and support will be provided where necessary.
