We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Senior Site Coordinator, based in Seascale, Cumbria, who\xe2\x80\x99s ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come.

As a Site Coordinator you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for;

• Support the service manager with tracking KPI\xe2\x80\x99s focused on agreed service leve3l agreements.
• Supervise the team of engineers, supporting with service routes and reacting to sudden client needs focused on breakdowns and repairs.
• Review worksheets and technical records, inputting and maintaining records within an in-house system.
• Stand in for the service delivery manager during holidays.

• A driven individual with management, leadership and coaching experience ideally working with a team of field-based engineers.
• Some understanding or experience working within an operational position, able to react to sudden client needs, demands and changes.
• Strong attention to detail along with great communication skills both verbally and written.
• Career driven, ambitious and with a customer focused mindset. Able to delivery and hit vital service level agreements.
