We're a growing full-service marketing agency focused on delivering clear, effective strategies without the jargon. Our in-house team covers SEO, PPC, content, photography, and videography -- and we're now looking for a strategic, hands-on SEO lead to take our offering to the next level.

The Role
You'll be the strategic lead for all things SEO -- working across local, national, and e-commerce clients. You'll manage two junior SEO executives, lead on audits and technical fixes, and drive meaningful results for clients. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise, leadership ability, and platform knowledge will be key to scaling our SEO services.
Key Responsibilities
Create and lead SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals and industry
Manage and mentor junior SEO execs, reviewing output and supporting development
Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Oversee on-page optimisation and content planning with SEO best practices in mind
Implement and manage SEO changes within
WordPress
and other CMS platforms
Collaborate with our PPC, design, and content teams to align broader digital strategies
Lead SEO reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio
Build out SOPs, workflows, and repeatable processes to improve delivery at scale
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
(site structure, plugins, on-page edits)
Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimisation
Strong with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.
Confident communicator who can handle client relationships directly
Experience managing or mentoring team members in a collaborative environment
Ability to work across multiple projects with clarity and focus
Nice to Have
Experience with local SEO strategies (e.g. GBP optimisation, citations)
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
Familiarity with Shopify or Wix
Experience building Looker Studio dashboards or using GTM for SEO tracking
