Our client, a Medical Communications Agency in Hertfordshire, are looking for experienced candidates to join their team as a Senior Account Executive to support the management of projects across a variety of scientific areas.

The primarily work for the pharmaceutical and science sectors, and are passionate about providing an excellent approach to clients and top-notch medical communications work.

Job Duties:

Managing scientific projects in accordance with deadlines and budgets

Liaising with clients and the in-house editorial, medical writing and design teams

Providing administrative support, preparing meeting material and printing tasks, organise travel, event management

Understand client requirements and drafting proposals

Managing budgets and costs

Keep up to date with revelations in the scientific and healthcare industry

Job Requirements:

Essential

A 2:1 or above in a Life Science or Pharmaceutical degree background

At least 6 months experience in a similar Medical Communications role

Generic science knowledge and excellent communication skills, as well as the confidence to converse with healthcare professionals and various other clients

Great written and verbal communication skills

Proactivity and project management skills
