Person Specification

Ideally 2+ years experience in Estate Agency Dynamic and self-motivated People first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills The ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service Attention to detail and organisation skills Good local knowledge Growth mindset Full Driving Licence

Responsibilities

:


Management of email inboxes Answering inbound calls Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments and viewings Booking valuations Conducting viewings and seeking offers Providing thorough viewing feedback Objection handling Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities Generating new business opportunities Assisting the Head of Residential Sales with the day to day running of the Sales Department

Hours of work

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm, with an earlier finish of 5:30pm on Friday. 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30 minute break
