SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER \xe2\x80\x93 SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their team based at their Ham office.

The role will involve growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the branchmanagerin maximising branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target driven team.

The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in residential sales and a proven track record in securing new business. You will also need a full UK driving licence.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister (Residential Estate Agency) role will include:

• Significant experience as a residential estate agent
• Listing / Valuations experience essential
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
