Longlevens, Gloucester

Hours:

Monday-Friday (alternative Saturdays with a day in lieu)

Salary:

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team and help drive the next stage of our expansion.

What are we looking for in our Senior Sales Negotiator:

Significant experience as a Negotiator or Senior Negotiator, ideally within the Gloucester property market Proven track record of winning new instructions and closing deals Confident in carrying out valuations and generating your own business Excellent local market knowledge and strong commercial awareness Outstanding communication and negotiation skills A proactive, target-driven attitude with a passion for delivering results Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

What will the Senior Negotiator Role entail:

We're seeking a highly motivated, confident Negotiator with significant experience in the Gloucestershire property market.

This is a key role for someone who knows the local area inside out and is ready to hit the ground running -- helping us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend property viewings and deliver clear, constructive feedback to property owners Negotiate offers, securing the best outcomes for our clients Maintain regular, transparent communication with vendors and buyers throughout the process Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions Proactively generate new business through canvassing and relationship building Advise and manage property owners through the listing process Represent the Murdock & Wasley brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, both in and out of the office
