Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) - Esher - Basic 20-25K DOE (OTE Circa \xc2\xa355K)
Monday - Friday role (1:7 Saturdays 9-1)

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator in a specialist sector of Estate Agency. The role will involve working with property industry developers and nurturing new home sales as well as building on the already established sales database. Our clients approach to agency is made unique by the needs, wants and circumstances of a growing section of the market looking to buy, rent, sell and let properties.

The role is essential a sales focussed role offering generous commission, but is a little different from mainstream estate agency. The role requires a mature outlook, compassion and empathy as well as strong sales skills.

The company is a dynamic yet friendly team of property professionals who offer exceptional customer service. This is a rarely available role that will suit someone wanting to progress their career in Estate Agency.

The role is based in Esher, Surrey.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm apprx 1:7 Saturdays
Basic Salary \xc2\xa325K PA depending on experience
Generous commission Circa \xc2\xa325-30K PA
OTE Circa \xc2\xa350/55K
