They are an ambitious and trendy boutique firm who have built a great reputation. They have recently moved to new, state of the art offices. Due to fantastic business levels and an internal promotion they are looking to recruit an experienced negotiator.Sales Negotiator
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator with current experience in residential sales in Birmingham.There will be a mixture of properties to sell as we have offices in areas considered some of the most sought-after areas in Birmingham.Position Requirements
\xc2\xb7Minimum of 3 years\' experience in residential property sales and sales progression
\xc2\xb7Experience in lettings
\xc2\xb7Good knowledge of Birmingham
\xc2\xb7Marketing, canvassing and business development experience
\xc2\xb7Competent with social media platforms such as Instagram and Linked In
\xc2\xb7Education at degree level is preferable but not essential
\xc2\xb7Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members
\xc2\xb7Ability to work on your own effectively
\xc2\xb7Target driven
\xc2\xb7Smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and confident when in an office and public environment
\xc2\xb7Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
\xc2\xb7Competent with MS Office, outlook, and property management software
\xc2\xb7Excellent telephone manner
\xc2\xb7Competent representing the company with clients
\xc2\xb7Ownership of a car with a clean licenseSalary and Benefits
