Your Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.
You will cross-sell between our other branches and proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database. To ensure the annual target is met, you will work collaboratively within the team, whilst providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
Your Skills and Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales.
You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales).
You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
You are proactive and tenacious.
You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR
