Senior Sales and Logistics Administrator

to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Reporting to the Sales and Logistics Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in managing orders, supporting customers, coordinating logistics, and helping drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:



Process customer orders, manage dispatches, and coordinate courier and customer communications. Support Sales Managers with direct customer interactions, account setup, event stock, and point-of-sale materials. Manage export orders, oversee key accounts (including Gressingham), and ensure a seamless delivery and customer experience. Deputise for the Sales and Logistics Supervisor when needed, attending senior team meetings and making operational decisions. Handle customer service queries and professionally manage the complaints process.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in sales support, logistics, or customer service. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. SAP experience and strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook). Confidence to act independently when required.

Salary and Package



Salary 15 per hour (gross) dependent on experience along with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension, life insurance, staff discount and you are given your birthday as an additional day's holiday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
