We're looking for an established Legal Risk & Compliance professional who is approachable in this field and passionate about delivering considered advice, and pragmatic solutions.
As a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the firm's risk management and compliance strategies.
This includes providing expert regulatory advice, guidance, and training, as well as developing and maintaining policies and procedures, and overseeing data protection matters.
Main responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance on risk, compliance, and data protection matters.
Deliver compliance training for staff across all levels of the organisation.
Monitor regulatory changes, ensuring the firm remains compliant with relevant laws and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
Lead internal audits and compliance reviews, reporting findings to senior management.
Assist in resolving claims and complaints alongside the Risk & Compliance Partner.
Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations for the Managing Partner and Management Board on risk and compliance issues.
Assess and report on risk factors impacting the firm, advising the Management Board accordingly.
Develop and implement user-friendly policies and procedures to promote high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
The team you'll be joining
Our Risk & Compliance Department consists of two specialist functions:
Advisory - including the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager and Risk & Compliance Administrator
Process - including the Client Onboarding Team Supervisor, Senior Onboarding Administrator, and two Onboarding Administrators
