Your role will involve:



Providing a nurturing environment for our young people in which their physical and emotional needs are met Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being. Engaging in recreational activities and educational programs to promote the children's development. Maintaining accurate records and documentation Developing individualised care plans based on each child's unique needs. Collaborating with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure holistic care Providing leadership to junior staff Being a positive role model

Experience and Qualifications required:



At least 1 year's relevant professional experience working with young people in a residential setting A Level 4 Diploma in Children & Young People Practitioner (or equivalent) or be close to completing it
A compassionate and patient nature.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

A full clean manual driving licence held for at least 1 year
