Job Title Senior Regulatory Reporting Executive



What is the opportunity?

Ownership of the change management function in the Regulatory Reporting team, delivering robust, efficient and scalable improvements to the reporting infrastructure, helping ensure RBC Global Asset Management (UK) Limited and its clients continue to meet their regulatory obligations.

What will you do?

Lead and deliver the regulatory analysis and change management program for the Regulatory Reporting team

Deliver efficient, robust and scalable solutions for the team

Maintain the team\xe2\x80\x99s book of work \xe2\x80\x93 consisting of long-term project deliverables, ad hoc enhancements and exception remediation

Conduct root cause analysis and produce strategic solutions to reporting exceptions

Conduct new business and new instrument reviews \xe2\x80\x93 identify and implement required changes to the reporting infrastructure

Develop and maintain expertise in the reporting infrastructure

Work with a wide range of stakeholders - both internal and external \xe2\x80\x93 to ensure regulatory change is delivered meeting the needs of RBC Global Asset Management (UK) Limited and our clients

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Extensive experience within a Regulatory Reporting team or within a regulatory reporting change management programme

Solid understanding of UK and European regulations - EMIR; MiFIR; SFTR plus others \xe2\x80\x93 and their stated objectives

Solution focussed individual with a desire to use their own initiative

Excellent organisational skills, ability to undertake a number of tasks and projects concurrently

A passion for regulatory change \xe2\x80\x93 a focus on achieving the right outcome

Nice-to-have

Prior Business Analysis experience

Good proficiency in MS Excel, SQL and VBA a bonus

Sets high standards of performance for self and strives to meet challenging objectives. Acts with integrity and within both the spirit and the letter of RBC BlueBay\'s principles, policies and procedures.

Displays a positive and energetic attitude, gets involved and proactively seeks out opportunities to advance the business
