We are an independent local charity based in Bosham, Chichester offering a wide range of services to support our patients, and their loved ones, who are living with a life limiting or terminal illness. The work we do makes a real difference to the lives of local people and we support over 330 patients at any one time between our In Patient Unit and Community teams.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Senior Registered Nurse to join our Community Team. We're a friendly, inspiring and supportive team, committed to our vision to provide high quality end of life and palliative care.



The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will be expected to demonstrate leadership through clinical expertise, delivering high standards of person-centred care for people requiring specialist palliative end of life care. In addition to this, you will need to be able to provide proactive, safe, and seamless quality nursing care to patients, co-ordinating their care needs, whilst facilitating a supportive, caring and compassionate environment.



The role will require a participation in the management of the nursing team including delegation of work on a day to day basis, conducting annual performance and development reviews and undertaking recruitment and return to work interviews.
