Salary: c. \xc2\xa332,099 (Dependant on Skills and Experience)

Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with the option of agile working

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:

This is an exciting new role supporting the NFU Midland\xe2\x80\x99s regional team. This role oversees and delivers a full range of administrative, coordination and secretarial services for the Regional Director and the Regional team.

The role is varied and ranges from supporting management with meetings, processing of expenses, authorising invoices through to coordinating, planning and leading on the administrative elements of events, shows and national conferences.

The role is responsible for managing, motivating, and guiding the Regional Administrative team to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the regional team.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:

You will have previous experience of working in a senior administrative role supporting management and co-ordinating priorities. You will have a proven ability to work proactively, identify areas for improvement and manage own priorities. Strong communication skills are key in the role as you will be required to work with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will have an eye for detail with strong IT skills across a range of Microsoft Office packages.
