Responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Consultant.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools
• Source, screen, and attract top-tier candidates within the education field
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
