Senior Recruiter Are you an experienced in-house recruitment professional, with a proven track record? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a self-motivated, dedicated person with resilience, who works well under pressure and who can use a variety of sourcing methods to recruit talent into our global business. You will need to be up to date with best practice in recruitment initiatives and have legislative understanding. Experience of using and managing an ATS/HR System is crucial, alongside strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. As Senior Recruiter you will need to be able to identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to resolve. You will also need to demonstrate accountability and be able to meet challenging targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. What does the role involve? Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment activity for Care Enablement side of the business ensuring the company can meet its staffing needs.
  • Help provide a constant source of candidates, including using existing advertising methods available and coming up with new resource initiatives.
  • Ensure that a constant pipeline of talent is recruited into the business to support organisational turnover and growth plans.
  • Support and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods such a LinkedIn recruiter and Boolean searches
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to on-boarding
  • Seek to continuously improve resourcing initiatives and candidate experience to reduce key metrics such as the time and cost to hire.
  • Compile and analyse data, ensuring KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are hit and putting solutions in place if not.
  • Foster strategic business partner relationships, advising and supporting where required.
  • Support the Global Talent Acquisition team and Recruitment Coordinators as needed.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This role will be a hybrid position, with occasional travel and therefore, a Full UK Driving Licence would be highly beneficial. What can we offer you?
