Overview

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading private surgical hospital in Glasgow on the search for their next Senior Radiographer to join the team.

Although MRI and / or CT experience is desirable for this position, full modality training will be provided in both MRI and CT, should it be required. Making this a fantastic opportunity for a radiographer with a desire to expand their clinical skills and become an MRI and CT specialist.

This private hospital is a recognised specialist in a range of disciplines. This includes orthopaedics, oncology, cardiology, general and ophthalmology. Their imaging services includes X-ray, fluoroscopy, MRI and CT.

The Role / Candidate

You will be a senior radiographer within the imaging department, your current skills will dictate which modality you start your journey in (MRI, CT, X-ray). If you have no background in MRI or CT, you will swiftly begin a training pathway to become fully skilled in MRI and CT.

You will be an experienced radiography professional with a passion for imaging. Your growth as a radiographer will be fully facilitated, and you will be provided all the tools and support from management to positively progress in your clinical career.

The department has enjoyed a vast amount of recent investment, boasting two MRI scanners, two CT scanners, as well as digital XR machines.

Minimum Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
\xe2\x80\x93 HCPC Registration
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 1 years postgraduate experience
\xe2\x80\x93 MRI and / or CT experience (desirable)
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of IRMER legislation

Salary & Benefits

There is a salary on offer of up to \xc2\xa341K pa, which is highly dependent upon skills and experience.

Hours

This is a full time role (37.5 hours), the shift pattern is flexible and can be discussed during interview.
