Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including traders, energy analysts, engineers, and external stakeholders in utilities and markets.

Present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, including operations and executive leadership.

Leadership and Mentoring:

Mentor junior analysts by providing training materials and guidance on energy market modeling and quantitative tools.

Contribute to recruitment efforts and help drive innovation and excellence within the analytics team. ??
