Job Purpose
As the Sr. Quality Manager, you will drive quality standards across the TrainAI program and ensure that all quality services, solutions, and related initiatives meet our business objectives and serve the strategic growth.
Right now, we are looking for a skilled AI professional whose primary focus will be the improvement of our quality framework and processes within the data services team for TrainAI. You\'ll be able to directly influence how the supporting tools are developed and tailored to our specific needs from quality perspective, you\'ll create strategies and drive projects around effective data collection, and you will lead and guide a team of quality specialists.
This is a senior role that will require both strategic oversight as well as a strong hands-on approach on a task level.
Key Responsibilities
Manage quality within the TrainAI domain, prepare quality strategy and procedures
Lead a team of Quality Specialists ensuring the quality standards are aligned with customer and business objectives
Work closely with the program director, solution architects, quality specialists and other internal specialists to find the best solutions how to improve the quality framework and the tools we are using.
Define the quality management concept and QA methodology and policies and ensure you and your team are providing quality support across all customers
Review, prioritize, and track progress of issues that affect the quality of services provided to customers
Ensure operations are provided with the best possible outsourcing solutions considering price, quality, and expertise
Skills & Experience
Strong experience with data collection, data validation, and/or data annotation projects is key as we\'ll need you to identify possible issues/errors and prevent them with a solid quality strategy and procedure around AI projects
Experience with managing quality within AI domain
Client facing experience highly preferred
Experience in working with international teams and stakeholders, and in executing strategies to deliver solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships and work effectively cross-functionally
Experience in a leadership role and direct management is preferred

Base Pay:
$70,000 - $90,000 / year
FLSA Status: Exempt
