If you are interested in a genuine service driven all round Property Agent role then this is for you - based from the West end of Glasgow you will expertly manage your own allocated properties acting as your clients point of contact for all matters across their property/portfolio. In addition you will act as a Senior - helping mentor and lead less experienced staff and run the office operations, reporting Directly into the owner of the company....

Duties will include:

Property marketing, letting and viewings Tenant selection and all lease management Ongoing property management - overseeing repairs, refurbs, compliance Property inspections, check outs and inventories New business Office management and operations Assisting with training, development and trouble shooting for staff
Candidates for this role should be self starters with a proven track record in residential lettings and the ability to deliver great service and build relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. It is important that you can manage your time effectively, have attention to detail and a hardworking professional approach. Experience in HMO property and SME Software ESSENTIAL.
