Job Title: Senior Project Professional \xe2\x80\x93 Site & Facilities

Location: Barrow-in-Furness, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Salary: Circa \xc2\xa340k, dependant on skills & experience

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring performance and conducting inspections of construction site activities

\xc2\xb7 Managing, monitoring, and controlling construction and engineering project activities and schedules

\xc2\xb7 Capture and review all requirements associated with projects and ensure all impact assessments are conducted and identified as appropriate

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining project documentation, identifying, and expediting actions to respond to issues and deviations from contract

\xc2\xb7 Supporting the resolution of problems and issues to facilitate development of timely and effective solutions

\xc2\xb7 Day-to-day management of Principal and Sub-Contractors throughout construction phases of projects

\xc2\xb7 Producing financial applications to support project funding and subsequent management of project budgets

\xc2\xb7 Appraising method statements and risk assessments, incorporating input from key stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Facilitating design reviews, aspect and impact assessments and regular project meetings throughout the duration of projects

\xc2\xb7 Controlling, monitoring, and managing projects through site implementation phase

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Experience of using Project Management & Planning processes

\xc2\xb7 Experience of Health and Safety/Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations

\xc2\xb7 Experience in collaborating across functions and wider teams Contractual, commercial and/or financial acumen

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 Qualification in Construction or Engineering or Project Management

\xc2\xb7 Health and Safety Management Qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH)

The Site & Facilities Major Projects Department team:

You will have the opportunity to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic project team. You will have the freedom to make decisions over the delivery of a wide variety of construction, engineering and civil related projects for the refurbishment and construction of existing and new facilities across an extensive industrial site, with budgets ranging from \xc2\xa35k to multi-million.
