Job Description
Senior Project Manager - Real Estate, ERP, Yardi, Implementation Manager- Travel to the office will be required as well as remote work- Outside IR35I am currently seeking the skills of an experienced Project Manager who has worked on an ERP Replacement Project.
Key Experience required is as follows:
Proven Project Manager who is hands on
Prepared to come into the office 2 days a week (Birmingham/London)
Experience of replacing an ERP system (Ideally implementing Yardi, or a similar Real Estate Software Solution.)
Has worked in the Property, Real Estate, Housing Sector
Strong Finance Background- GL, Real Estate Finance, Consolidation etc
Proven Stakeholder and 3rd Party Management Skills
This role would suit someone who has acted as an Implementation Manager of an off the shelf system and can work with the Service Integrators and 3rd party teams. Someone who understands the Governance but who is delivery focused
