Role: Senior Project Manager`
Location: London
Sector: Commercial + laboratory fit-out
Salary: \xc2\xa365,000 - \xc2\xa370,000 (DOE) + car allowance + bonus + healthcare

As a senior project manager, you will find yourself working on fit-out projects up to a value of \xc2\xa330m. You will find yourself working on cleam rooms, r&d facilities, classified laboratories and high-end office fit-outs.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience working on fit-out projects which must include lab and office
• Project management experience with a multi-disciplinary and/or construction consultancy
• MRICS, MCIOB is ideal
