A global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for a chartered Senior Project Manager to join their growing central London team. They are currently undergoing a period of growth on the back of a healthy pipeline and some fantastic project wins.

The focus of the successful candidates work will be office fit-out and refurbishment, with experience in this sector preferred but not necessary. The client is also looking for somebody with demonstrable experience of running projects with minimal oversight from brief to handover.

At least 5-6 years of experience in a Project Management capacity is required, ideally at a consultancy however candidates from developers and also main contractors will be considered but you will need to have an understanding of what a consultant Project Manager is responsible for.

On offer is a salary up to \xc2\xa370,000 with a \xc2\xa35,000 car allowance as well as a fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare and pension contribution.

Ideally, you will have a relevant Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture.
