We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Flight Avionics (FLX) team. This is a hybrid working role between our Crawley office/home.

Key responsibilities:
On a day-to-day basis you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams and manage key internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management, Customers and Sub-contractors. Key responsibilities include:
Planning, setting up, organising, documenting, executing and concluding projects in accordance with approved processes, procedures, methods and tools whilst employing a \xe2\x80\x98Best Practice\xe2\x80\x99 approach
Defining, establishing, managing and supervising a high performing and successful integrated project organisation, including individual and team resource profiling
Implementing, maintaining and managing all elements of project management including: integration, value, scope, quality, procurement, time, finance, human resource, risk, opportunities continuous improvement and communications
Managing the requirements of multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
Please note travel is required to customer sites around the UK and occasion travel to France & America may be required.

About you:
Have proven Project Management experience leading, managing and motivating multi-disciplinary project teams
Have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within a customer-focussed/customer service context
Have demonstrable knowledge of the fundamentals for successful delivery \xe2\x80\x93 from developing project execution strategies, through to establishing and maintaining a robust baseline and the implementation of project controls
Have the ability to bring structure to complex situations, have a keen eye for detail, evaluate, interpret and act on complex information
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
