DescriptionSenior Project Manager (SC Cleared Required)Location: Central LondonContract: PermanentSalary: 375K + Car AllowanceOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a technical background and strong stakeholder management skills to oversee life cycle and capital works. SC Clearance is required for this position due to the nature of the site the project is based on.Key Responsibilities:Oversee life cycle and capital worksxe2x80x94covering all aspects of the building.Manage high-level stakeholders within a critical environment, ensuring expectations are met.Work within a robust FM team, supporting another Project Manager and Project Assistant.Take ownership of P&L responsibilities.Work closely with the procurement and purchasing departmentsxe2x80x94no administrative tasks required.What Our Client Offers:375K salary + car allowance.
