As our Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development and launch of innovative beauty products. You will plan, execute, and supervise projects to meet management\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery within quality, budget, and schedule. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure seamless coordination and successful project implementation. Additionally, you will monitor project budgets, optimise resource allocation, and manage dependencies across projects for efficient execution.

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Lead end-to-end new product development projects, from concept creation to market introduction, demonstrating your expertise in project management.
\xe2\x80\x93 Effectively manage change within projects, anticipate and address potential roadblocks, and implement strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring project momentum.
\xe2\x80\x93 Support management\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in launching new product development projects within the consumer goods industry, preferably in an international setting.
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end NPD project management, from concept creation to market introduction. Familiarity with tollgate processes is necessary.
\xe2\x80\x93 Hold a project qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
\xe2\x80\x93 Highly proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
\xe2\x80\x93 Have a proven track record of launching products in CE and/or medical territories.
\xe2\x80\x93 Exhibit a high level of tenacity, conflict management skills, and a proactive, pragmatic, and flexible approach.
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent education.
