The role
This is a critical position to support and enable the continued operation and expansion of London Stansted Airport. Serving as the subject matter expert, you will be a key role on reactive and proactive projects, leading on a wide variety of schemes across the airport environment, up to a value of 90m. Your key accountabilities will be: Providing technical expertise relating to Primavera P6
Line management of Project Controller
Creating and maintaining project budget data, scheduling and forecasts
Analysis of progress reports against the overall programme of works
Overall project support
Producing near, medium and long term capital projects cash-flow forecasts
Embedding best practice and technical knowledge within wider PMO team
Commercial management audit
Supply chain standardisation and review
What will make you successful in the role?
In order to be successful in this position, you will possess and be able to demonstrate: Primavera P6 expertise.
Experience integrating Primavera P6 with other organisational systems
RICS (or equivalent) membership, or working towards membership
Cost and Commercial management experience
Clear written communication
Experience producing actionable reporting
Experience leading or managing project teams
Experience working in a live, operational environment
