Summary

Here\xe2\x80\x99s an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Project Architect to join a top UK architectural practice. Located in London, this role provides the chance to work on innovative residential-led mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, outstanding design and detailing skills, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino, and a strong desire to take projects from feasibility to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of medium to high-density residential-led mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with the team to drive projects from early-stage design through planning and implementation.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of mixed-use residential design, from feasibility to delivery.
• Utilize Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit to create innovative architectural solutions.
• Develop architectural packages for tender and construction.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and residential design standards.
• Stay updated on current trends in residential development, including BTR and offsite construction.

Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience as a Project Architect.
• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong design and detailing skills.
• Commercially aware, mature, responsible, and reliable.
• Self-driven with the ability to lead projects independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and residential design standards.
• Interest and knowledge in contemporary residential development trends (e.g., BTR, offsite construction) are preferred.
