Summary Our client, a prominent architectural practice situated in the picturesque South of London, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Project Architect to join their close-knit team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of luxury residential and hospitality schemes with a firm that values creativity, technical proficiency, and collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a strong understanding of RIBA stages
• Show a holistic passion for design including architecture, interior design and the arts
• Provide confident leadership to a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
• Contribute to the development of high-end residential and hospitality schemes, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver bespoke commercial and residential projects that surpass expectations
• Utilise technical expertise to ensure the seamless execution of projects and adherence to industry standards
• Actively participate in the development of innovative design solutions and contribute to the overall success of the architectural practice

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading architectural projects, with a focus on luxury residential and hospitality sectors
• Proficiency in Vectorworks and AutoCAD is essential for success in this role
• Confidence in leading and motivating a team of architects to achieve project objectives
• Strong technical understanding and experience across all RIBA stages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• A passion for design innovation and a commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality
